Christians believe that prayer makes a difference.

We take our authority from the Bible which makes it clear, from numerous texts, that God wants us to pray regularly.

We believe that prayer releases the love, forgiveness healing, wholeness and strength of Jesus into our lives.

Many people, who don't attend worship, pray regularly for families, loved ones, local, national and world needs and themselves.

All the churches in Burton Latimer pray for a named street in the town each Sunday followed by our individual
prayers during the week.

Also our, ‘Prayer Circle’ group pray every day for any prayer requests passed on to them from friends and church members.
